Job summary

Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (ISHPI) seeks an experienced Operations Systems Engineer to support Test & Evaluation activities at remote locations, shore facilities, and aboard ships. You will plan, coordinate, and execute at-sea tests, perform installations, and document results for certification and readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, have prior at-sea testing experience, and are willing to travel. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience embarking on ships while meeting all medical/safety readiness requirements.
Minimum five (5) years of experience executing formal at-sea test procedures, writing At-Sea Test Plans/Reports, and conducting dockside grooms.
Eight (8) or more years of experience with at-sea multi-target tracking scenarios and undersea range concepts.
Five (5) years of demonstrated, hands-on data analysis experience with tactical system and acoustic telemetry data.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute at-sea and field test operations.
Conduct system installations, dockside grooms, and verification testing.
Develop corrective action recommendations for Government review and prepare At-Sea Test Plans/Reports.
