Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. (IS4S) in Alabama seeks a Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and verification of assured PNT systems.

On-site in Auburn or Huntsville, you will work across the systems engineering lifecycle, translating needs into requirements and verifying performance on operational platforms. The role emphasizes solving complex navigation and timing challenges in GPS-denied environments, with collaboration across teams and a focus on test planning

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience developing requirements, documentation, system testing, or verification activities.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate progress clearly.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, decompose, and manage system requirements with traceability and interfaces.
• Support architecture development, analyses, and trade studies for design options.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify system requirements.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot deficiencies, and document actions.
• Support hardware/software integration of PNT sensors onto platforms.
• Participate in lab testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and field demos.
• Prepare technical docs including requirements, interfaces, test procedures, and verification reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the engineering lifecycle.
