Hill, Barth & King LLC is seeking an Assurance Senior Manager for its Construction Solutions Group. The hybrid role in Hunt Valley leads audit engagements, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality financial reporting for clients in public accounting.

Candidate must have 8+ years of experience, CPA, and strong written/verbal communication. Experience with employee benefit plans or Single Audits is a plus. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support training of team members; provide guidance and critique of working papers.
• Review engagement findings with the Principal and discuss accounting principles.
• Prepare or review financial statements, notes, schedules, and tax returns for client discussions.
