Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Experienced Manager, BDOADVANTAGE, to support assurance professionals and innovate the audit experience through technology-driven services.

The role leads cross-functional product development for audit and assurance engagements under US GAAP, PCAOB, and related standards, while coordinating training and tool updates. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of relevant work experience.
• Audit or assurance client service experience preferred.
• Assurance methodology/software experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage scope of projects and releases to deliver key benefits.
• Keep backlog well defined, organized and prioritized.
• Align stakeholders and resources to drive roadmap planning and major releases.
• Coordinate with IT, Learning and Communications as needed.
• Monitor KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and ensure performance.
