Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license current and valid.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for engagements including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of audit engagements with effective coordination of fieldwork and timely completion.
• Demonstrate GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct in-depth accounting research and communicate findings through reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and offer insights.
• Drive client service excellence and foster trusted advisory relationships.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals with coaching and feedback.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPA/CPE education.
• Represent the firm at industry events to generate opportunities.
