Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting.
• Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Leadership experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participates in structured on-the-job training in GAAP and GAAS.
• Familiarize with BDO audit methodology to assist with audit stages.
• Provides support to audit staff during engagements.
• Communicates with clients' customers, creditors, banks on audit issues.
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO tools.
• Contributes ideas and listens to team views.
• Completes an accounting or audit research project and presents findings.
• Other duties as required.
