Responsibilities include on-the-job training in GAAP and GAAS, supporting audit staff, preparing working papers using BDO templates, and contributing ideas within audit teams. This role offers coaching and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, required.
• Pursuing a master's degree in Accounting, preferred.
• Leadership experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in on-the-job training and becomes familiar with GAAP and GAAS.
• Becomes familiar with BDO audit methodology to assist with audit process stages.
• Provides support functions to the audit staff during engagements.
• Communicates with clients' customers, creditors, banks and related parties about audit issues.
• Prepares and documents work in working papers using BDO templates.
• Contributes ideas to audit teams and listens to other team members’ views.
• Completes one assigned accounting or audit research project and presents findings.
