Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• CPA required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Serve as a primary client contact, providing proactive guidance and maintaining strong client relationships
• Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Review audit plans, internal control assessments, and engagement deliverables
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and professional development
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top talent
• Contribute to business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring profitable engagement execution and an exceptional client experience
