You will lead assurance and audit engagements for financial institutions, delivering high-quality services while guiding client relationships and engagement quality.

This role emphasizes mentorship, team development, and business development, with oversight of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required
• CPA required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as a primary client contact, providing proactive guidance and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review audit plans, internal control assessments, and engagement deliverables.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
• Contribute to business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring profitable engagement execution and an exceptional client experience.
