Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking an Audit Manager or Director to join our St. Louis or Kansas City offices.

You will plan, supervise, and control all phases of assurance engagements for client assignments and ensure delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate holds a CPA license, has 6+ years of public accounting experience with financial statement audits, and demonstrates strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to mentor staff while traveling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Current CPA license required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of the Firm’s assurance engagements; manage client relationships and deliver value.
• Lead the decision-making process for engagements; keep Principals informed of progress and major decisions.
• Develop and train staff; assist in recruiting and assigning work; monitor time budgets and deadlines.
• Prepare and discuss engagement letters with clients and ensure sign-off prior to start.
