Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required.

• RN license in DC or eligible for licensure; specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops unit/department goals, policies and procedures and ensures compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Maintains relationships across disciplines to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care services.
• Implements performance management, coaching and assigns personnel actions as needed.
• Leads unit-based safety initiatives and monitors quality metrics and regulatory requirements.
