You will assist with leasing, coordinate repairs, prepare vacancy reports, and support marketing efforts while working within affordable and market-rate housing programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Knowledge of tax credit, public housing, conventional and other affordable housing programs preferred.
