RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) in Arlington, Virginia seeks a full-time Operations Manager to lead member engagement, events, and operational support. Based at the headquarters, you will advance the organization's five-year strategic plan with the Vice President of Public Affairs.

You will manage member data, coordinate committees, oversee event production, and ensure smooth administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six years of professional experience in association operations, member engagement, event planning and management, communications, or related public relations, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in nonprofit, association, or member-driven organizational work.

Responsabilités

• Manage member engagement programs and retention efforts, serving as first point of contact for inquiries.
• Lead staff to Programs and Membership committees, Young Professionals Network, and other groups.
• Cultivate member relationships and strengthen connection across the association.
• Support advocacy projects and programming with staff.
• Lead sponsorship solicitation and fulfillment and track progress against goals.
• Partner with communications team to support member-focused projects and materials.
• Coordinate materials, timelines, and follow-up for staff and members.
