Job summary
Creekside Continuing Care is seeking an Associate Wellness Director to oversee medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.
In this role you’ll supervise care teams, implement personalized care plans, and train staff on medication administration while promoting safety, quality of life, and Cascade Living Group's mission and values. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Qualifications
- Current state license as LPN or RN
- Compassionate and professional representation of the community
- Effective communicator with staff, residents and families
- Ownership mindset and ability to stay focused
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Contribute to residents' quality of life by maintaining high quality and consistency
- Implement residents' personal care plans emphasizing strengths and preferences
- Assist in training and monitoring medication care administration
- Demonstrate organizational time-management skills
- Monitor caregivers' performance to ensure quality care
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Promote Cascade Living Group's mission, values and beliefs
