Cascade Living in Grants Pass, OR, is seeking an Associate Wellness Director LPN to oversee medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations. The role requires an active LPN license, compassionate leadership, flexibility to cover evenings and weekends, and the ability to train staff while maintaining high quality of life for residents.

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care.
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.

As anAssociate Wellness Director LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

Job Type:

• Full Time
• 40 Hours weekly
• 5 days weekly
• Rotating On-Call and Weekend Availability Required
