You will collaborate with M&A coverage and debt advisory teams, coordinating end-to-end processes from origination to closing, while developing market-leading capital solutions for clients across private markets.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of work experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets or related role.
• Undergraduate degree required; Finance and/or Accounting preferred.
• Demonstrable interest in private equity capital markets with prior related experience.
• Strong knowledge of deal processes and client relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end deal execution from pitch to closing.
• Prepare financial models and analyze financial metrics.
• Create marketing materials and transaction documents.
• Assess governance and structuring options to meet client objectives.
• Support origination and market research activities; maintain team databases.
• Contribute to development and supervision of junior staff.
