Qualifications

• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity products, private financing structures, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of private equity and equity-linked transactions (growth capital, PIPEs, structured equity).
• Advise corporate clients on financing alternatives, capital structure, investor positioning, and market opportunities.
• Manage transaction processes from engagement to execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
