Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President for the Alternative Capital Solutions team in New York. You will lead origination, structuring and execution of private equity and equity-linked transactions, while advising clients on financing alternatives and capital structure optimization.

You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with coverage teams and risk partners, and mentor junior colleagues in a fast paced, client-focused environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Capital Markets, or related financial services roles.
• Experience leading equity, equity-linked, or private capital transactions and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity products, and corporate finance principles.
• Proven ability to independently manage transactions and client relationships with sound commercial judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of private equity and equity-linked transactions including growth capital raises, structured equity offerings, PIPE financings and other bespoke capital solutions.
• Serve as a key advisor to corporate clients on financing alternatives, capital structure optimization, investor positioning, and market opportunities.
• Drive transaction processes from client engagement through execution, coordinating stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Develop and deliver innovative financing solutions with coverage teams, sales, trading, wealth management, legal, and risk partners.
• Evaluate market dynamics, investor demand, and precedents to inform senior client discussions and business development.
• Own financial analyses, valuation, structuring and investment materials for client presentations and approvals.
• Contribute to origination by identifying opportunities, strengthening relationships, and supporting franchise development.
• Mentor and develop junior team members on analysis, execution, and professional growth.
