Job summary

The role leads design, testing, and deployment of new clinical products across digital health partnerships, Stars measures, and high-cost specialties, shaping enterprise strategy and program execution.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• 10+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving program/product scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical strategy and programs to improve health outcomes and cost of care.
• Own full lifecycle from concept to pilot design through launch and scaling for digital health partnerships and Stars/CGI measures.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering and design to align initiatives with enterprise priorities.
