Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy and operations development and implementation in healthcare.

• Product experience leading multidisciplinary teams to build and scale programs or products.
• Strong business/consulting background and data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy and lead the design, pilot, and scaling of programs.
• Own full lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing oversight as programs scale.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with analytics, engineering, design, clinical teams, and business leaders.
• Develop strategies for digital health partnerships, Stars and high-cost specialties initiatives.
• Provide strategic updates to enterprise forums and influence senior Humana decision-makers.
