HCLTech is seeking a transformation leader to drive enterprise-wide AI-enabled modernization across Software Engineering, DevOps, IT Operations, Service Management, and Technology Delivery functions. This role will lead strategic transformation initiatives, accelerate AI adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven transformation and modernization strategies.
• Lead enterprise initiatives across Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, Service Management, and Automation.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs, governance, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with senior executives to define priorities, communicate progress, and drive organizational change.
• Lead change management, enablement, and adoption programs to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, transformation, consulting, engineering, or enterprise delivery.
• Proven success leading large-scale digital, AI, automation, or modernization programs.
• Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide change initiatives and adoption programs.
• Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Enterprise AI and Generative AI adoption initiatives.
• Consulting-led transformation programs.
• Global delivery and matrixed operating environments.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $220,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $280,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
