Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• WV license or eligibility to practice in WV.
• Interest in companion animal medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a veterinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to dogs and cats.
• Perform wellness and preventive care examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate recommendations clearly with clients.
• Perform routine surgical and dental procedures based on your experience and interests.
• Utilize in-house diagnostics, including laboratory testing, digital radiography, and ultrasound.
• Participate in case collaboration and consultation with other veterinarians.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pets.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital culture.
