Job summary

Insight Global is looking for a motivated and detail orientated Associate UX Researcher to support mid and senior researchers with documenting insights, qualitative coding, video clipping, and study analysis.

You will assist benchmarking and programmatic research, measure participant feedback, and contribute to client-facing studies. Occasional moderation of studies and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience as UX Researcher.
• Experience with documentation, qualitative coding, and video clipping.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of web page components.

Responsibilities

• Document insights, code qualitative data, clip videos, and analyze studies.
• Support benchmarking and programmatic research efforts.
• Measure participant answers and feedback.
• Interact with clients; maintain strong communication.
• May moderate studies and conduct analyses when needed.
