Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking an Underwriting Support Specialist to assist our underwriting team while learning the insurance industry through on-the-job training.

You will index mail, enter data, conduct audits, prepare safety letters, and verify coverage as part of a supportive, customer-focused group. A hybrid schedule is available, promoting collaboration and growth within a growing company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (eligible for hybrid schedule)

Description

Get your foot in the door as an Underwriting Support Specialistin our Underwriting Support groupat a growing company that offers development and advancement opportunities. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers. You will leverage your analytical and communication skills as you perform tasks that may include indexing mail for the imaging system, entering data and conducting audits, preparing safety recommendation letters, and verifying coverage, among other things. A background in insurance is not required, but a willingness to learn the industry through our on-the-job training is.
