WSP Global Inc. is seeking an Associate Travel Demand Modeler in the United States to develop and apply advanced travel demand forecasting models for regional and statewide systems.

You will transform data from surveys and mobility datasets into actionable insights for planners and decision-makers. The role requires strong programming (Python or R), GIS proficiency, and experience with major modeling software.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of travel demand modeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of travel behavior and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data processing and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with travel demand modeling software (Cube, TransCAD, EMME).
• Experience building automated reporting, visualization and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny).
• Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) for spatial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, apply, and maintain travel demand forecasting models (regional and statewide).
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform policy, planning, and infrastructure decisions.
• Integrate and analyze big data, surveys, and mobility datasets to improve models.
