Job summary

Thrive for the People is seeking an Associate Therapist to join a collaborative team in the Seattle area. The role emphasizes depth-oriented individual therapy and emotionally focused couples therapy while building a rewarding career within the practice.

You will receive high-quality supervision, ongoing training, and mentorship to support clinical excellence as you grow toward licensure within a supportive group practice.

Qualifications

• Masters-level associate therapist (LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC) required.
• Experience or interest in trauma and couples therapy is preferred.
• Willing to self-enroll and complete EFT Level 1 within 3 months of hire.
• Availability of 28 hours per week for client sessions; some evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions in home office and Ballard office (hybrid).
• Participate in weekly supervision with a WA-approved supervisor.
• Engage in marketing, networking, and relationship-building for the practice.
• Maintain timely documentation and client records.
