Thrive for the People is seeking a fully licensed therapist in Seattle to join a collaborative clinical community. The role focuses on trauma and couples therapy, with a mix of in-office and home-office sessions.

This hourly W-2 position requires 28 hours of client sessions per week, with a minimum average of 20 completed sessions. Evening and weekend availability, plus a strong emphasis on growth and teamwork, are expected.

We are building a team of exceptional therapists who want to practice at a high level, work with motivated clients, and be part of a collaborative clinical community.

We are looking for afully licensed therapist(PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) withspecialties in treating trauma and working with couples. This is an hourlyW-2 position, requiring 28 hours of availability for client sessions per week, aiming for a minimum average of 20 completed sessions per week. Some of the marketing and networking events will require occasionalworkin the evenings and on weekends(e.g., tabling at community events, hosting live workshops, etc.).

This is a partially remote and partially in-office position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide services in their home office and at our Ballard office.

Compensation and Career Growth

Sign-on Bonus $1,000

Performance-based bonus totaling $2,000 inthe first three months

• Licensed Therapist: $100-$110/session
• Senior Therapist and Supervisor: $115/session
• Lead Therapist: $120/session
