Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervision experience required.
• Post-graduation candidates close to eligibility may be considered.
• Experience working with diverse populations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship.
• Maintain a caseload of 18–24 clients per week.
• Facilitate group consultations for Associates.
• Support clients and supervisees with trauma-informed care.
• Promote multicultural counseling and LGBTQIA+ affirming practices.
