Professional Therapy Solutions is seeking an Associate Therapist (LMFTA/LMHCA) in Woodinville, WA for a hybrid/onsite role. The position supports pre-licensed therapists earning hours toward licensure while providing individual, couple, and family therapy under supervision.

The role offers W2 employment, with supervision toward licensure, health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match after six months. Minimum 20 hours/week, ramping to 32 hours/week within three months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field required.
• Active WA state associate license required (LMFTA/LMHCA/LSWAIC or equivalent).

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Therapist to join our group practice as a W2 employee. This role will specialize in working with couples and individuals. This position is ideal for pre-licensed therapists who are eager to grow in a supportive, team-based environment while accruing hours toward independent licensure. The Associate Therapist will provide therapy services under supervision, while developing professional and clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy services under clinical supervision.
