Job summary

Thrive for the People is seeking a fully licensed therapist in Seattle to join a collaborative clinical community. The role focuses on trauma and couples therapy, with a mix of in-office and home-office sessions.

This hourly W-2 position requires 28 hours of client sessions per week, with a minimum average of 20 completed sessions. Evening and weekend availability, plus a strong emphasis on growth and teamwork, are expected.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist with trauma and couples specialties.
• Willing to provide services in home office and Ballard office.
• Evenings and weekends occasionally required.
• Completion of EFT level 1 training within 3 months of hire.
• Commitment to growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Responsibilities
