Job summary

CIVIQ LLC dba Steps to Recovery Behavioral Health Lancaster seeks an Associate Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization setting. You will assess client needs, develop plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, provisional PA license (LSW/LAPC/LAMFT), and at least two years of mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization program.

• Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and discharge plans per guidelines.
