Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Test Conductor 2 (Integration and Test) to design, develop, and execute test procedures and automated scripts for spacecraft hardware. You will interact with satellite hardware and EGSE, applying fault isolation and scripting skills to ensure test readiness.

Preferred candidates have space hardware test experience, familiarity with Python/C/C++, and ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2 years of related engineering experience or Master’s with 0 years.
• Ability to learn and integrate new programming languages based on prior experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance & special program access.

Responsibilities

• General frequent use of technical standards, principles and concepts.
• Perform moderately complex professional tasks in test integration settings.
• Understand NG test engineering practices, flight hardware, and EGSE.
• Support test/troubleshooting efforts with limited oversight.
• Escalate issues and participate in anomaly resolution for FRB approval.
• Travel and support different shifts as required.
• Contribute to project milestones and maintain routine contacts.
