Job summary

Accordance Search Group is recruiting for a field-based sales professional to support Territory Managers in a major medical device company. This role focuses on growing existing accounts, promoting new products, and delivering in-service training across a multi-state territory.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience, a 4-year degree, and preferably hospital or medical industry exposure. Expect substantial travel and strong base compensation with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 1–3 years of field-based B2B sales experience.
• Hospital or medical industry sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and expand market share.
• Implement new products and deliver in-service training.
• Support Territory Managers across a multi-state region.
• Travel up to 70% across TX, TN, OK, LA, FL panhandle, MS & AL.
