We are partnering with a rapidly growing medical device startup to hire an Associate Medical Sales Representative covering Michigan and Indiana. This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to join an innovative company focused on a wearable medical device designed to help patients with peripheral neuropathy.

This role is ideal for a motivated, competitive sales professional looking to gain medical device experience, develop strong provider relationships, and grow into ownership of their own territory.

• Quarterly Commission: $4,500 based on quota attainment
• Uncapped Commission Potential
• OTE: $85K–$120K

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and prospecting skills
• Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the territory via car and air
• Medical sales experience is a plus
• Experience calling on VA healthcare accounts is a major plus
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow within the medical device industry
