Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
• Perform assembly tasks per SOPs and work instructions.

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Align, calibrate, and execute testing procedures of varying complexity according to operational plans and customer demand
• Execute daily production plans while meeting quality standards and on-time delivery requirements
• Perform assembly tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Follow engineering drawings, work orders, specifications, and manufacturing documentation accurately
• Maintain smooth production flow and timely completion of assigned work orders
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Read, understand, and follow all manufacturing procedures with a strong emphasis on quality
• Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company policies
• Identify, document, and escalate production issues as necessary
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality or production concerns
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, process efficiency, and equipment performance
• Maintain required training qualifications and training records for assigned responsibilities
• Train to and follow Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturing standards
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members on equipment operation and work procedures as needed
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other functional teams to achieve production objectives
• Participate in and support lean manufacturing initiatives and daily management practices
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Properly utilize equipment and tools in accordance with established safety guidelines
