Job Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for safely operating equipment to unload, produce, package, and ship products to customers. This role involves general sanitation, transloading oil, fluidizing and blending product, packaging, stacking, picking, and loading materials into trucks. Candidates must be able to read and communicate in English, operate mobile powered equipment, and perform computer transactions. This is a 3-month assignment with potential for hire if openings become available.

Key Responsibilities

• Opera te forklifts and mobile equipment to move, stack, and load products
• Unload and package products for shipment to customers
• Transload oil from tankers to totes and perform blending/fluidizing tasks
• Maintain sanitation and ensure a safe, clean work environment
• Perform computer transactions to register inventory and product movement
• Follow safety protocols including PPE requirements and compliance with company standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications

• A bility to read and communicate in English
• Forklift experience (mobile powered equipment operation required)
• Ability to perform basic computer transactions
• Must complete background check and drug test successfully
• Must provide steel-toed, oil-resistant boots (other PPE provided by employer )

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience
