Job summary

Industry Analysts, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to provide copier, printer, and label-printer maintenance and repair. You will respond quickly to service requests to keep customers satisfied and minimize downtime.

In addition to repairs, you will handle toner deliveries and meter collection as part of routine maintenance, ensuring accurate records and prompt follow-up with customers.
