Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate is seeking an Associate Technical Training Analyst to conduct analysis, build, test, train, implement, and support clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations computer systems. This in-department trainer role is embedded within the Portland Patient Access team, delivering hands-on training and coaching for onboarding, workflow consistency, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required.
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.

Summary:

The Associate Technical Training Analyst role is responsible for conducting analysis, building, testing, training, implementation, and support activities for clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations computer systems.

This position serves as an In-Department Trainer embedded within the Portland Patient Access team. The individual in this role provides hands‑on training and coaching to support new hire onboarding, workflow consistency, and continued staff development.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required.
  3. Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part‑time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
