Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate in Portland, ME is seeking an Associate Technical Training Analyst. This role conducts analysis, builds, tests, trains, implements, and supports clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations computer systems to improve workflows and staff proficiency.

You will serve as an in-department trainer embedded within the Portland Patient Access team, delivering hands-on coaching to onboarding, ensure workflow consistency, and promote ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare training and curriculum design preferred.
  • Certification in one or more application software relevant to position desired.

This position serves as an In-Department Trainer embedded within the Portland Patient Access team. The individual in this role provides hands-on training and coaching to support new hire onboarding, workflow consistency, and continued staff development.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required.
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
