Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Technical Instructor in the United States (Oregon) to deliver training on system administration topics, support students, assess progress, and help manage the training program and LMS.

The role collaborates with instructional designers and subject matter experts to continually improve the program. Working hours can be any time between 6am CST and 6pm CST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required.
• Proficiency in operating systems networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on system administration topics, including operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Provide guidance and support to students, addressing questions and concerns, and helping them complete coursework.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to continually improve the training program.
