Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Technical Instructor to deliver training on system administration, support students, assess progress, and manage LMS-related administration. The role involves collaboration with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to continuously improve the program.

Hours can be between 6am CST and 6pm CST, reflecting flexible scheduling within the US. The position emphasizes hands-on training, evaluations, and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree 6+ years of additional relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on system administration topics (OS, networking, security, troubleshooting).
• Provide guidance and support to students and help them complete coursework successfully.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to continually improve the training program.
