Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant technical training experience.
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Preferred: LMS experience, healthcare product/vendor familiarity, experience presenting to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on system administration topics.
