Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Technical Instructor to deliver training sessions, support students, assess progress, and help manage the training program and LMS. Remote work is supported with hours between 6am CST and 6pm CST.

You will conduct engaging sessions on system administration topics, guide students, evaluate performance, and collaborate with instructors and SMEs to continually improve the program. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required
• Proficiency in operating systems networking, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on system administration topics
• Provide guidance and support to students and help them complete coursework
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to improve the training program
