Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree 6+ years of additional relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on system administration topics (OS, networking, security, troubleshooting)
• Provide guidance and support to students to help complete coursework
• Evaluate student performance with assessments, quizzes and practical exercises; provide feedback
• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and SMEs to improve the training program
