Job summary

Montage Technology Partners is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to learn the craft from senior recruiters and sales teams. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the full hiring process, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You'll start by learning the business, then run your own desk, developing a pipeline, and contributing to how we source and sell. This role emphasizes growth, initiative, and a hands-on apprenticeship in a fast-paced

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional presence engaging with all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior recruiters and sales reps on live searches and calls
• Learn client businesses and hiring expectations
• Read technical job requisitions and translate into candidate profiles
• Build and manage candidate pipelines in ATS
• Coordinate interviews and prep candidates for rounds
• Guide candidates through offers and start dates
• Carry requisitions and achieve placement goals
• Build a network of repeat candidates and referrals
