Job summary

Acuity Technology Partners is seeking an Associate Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for client roles—from understanding needs through sourcing, screening, and helping land the right candidate. This is a great entry point for someone organized, persistent, and energized by talking to people and solving problems.

You’ll work searches across our core client base, MSPs and IT Consulting firms, building relationships, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and keeping ATS/CRM records

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or equivalent experience — no prior recruiting experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a get on the phone mentality.
• Organized and able to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously.
• Curious, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, ATS tools, and general office software (we’ll train on our stack).
• Comfortable using your personal LinkedIn profile for high-volume outreach and recruiting activity.

We're hiring an Associate Recruiter to join our team and own the full recruiting cycle for client roles - from understanding a client's hiring need through sourcing, screening, and helping land the right candidate. Compensation

• $40,000 annual base salary


• Placement-based incentive plan with quarterly accelerators — OTE $55,000–$65,000 for consistent performers, with no cap for top producers


• W2 employment; this role does not include health insurance, PTO, or other employer-sponsored benefits
