Job summary

iSpot is seeking a results-oriented program manager to join our Bellevue team. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs and story points) for new initiatives and support tactical project execution.

The role includes ongoing Salesforce administration, user management, and implementing enhancements to improve adoption and productivity. A hybrid/office-or remote-friendly policy is in place to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives.
• Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and alignment on system improvements and items on the operational roadmap.
• Provide ongoing tactical Salesforce administration, including user management, end‑user support, and routine configuration updates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.
