You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering to deliver high-impact programs from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs or enterprise software projects.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into structured, execution-ready technical documentation such as PRDs and process maps.
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to drive engineering workflows and sprints.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize high-impact initiatives, in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical projects with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering to scope strategic initiatives and write requirements.
• Maintain alignment through regular syncs, status updates, and cross-team communications.
• Continuously evaluate core systems to improve capabilities, scale workflows and productivity.
