Job summary

iSpot is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own core business system initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering to gather requirements, drive roadmaps, and lead cross‑functional delivery in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include program leadership, end‑to‑end execution, stakeholder alignment, and system optimization with data‑driven decision making. Equity and competitive cash compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
• Proven track record translating ambiguous business requests into structured technical documentation.
• Proficient with Jira and similar issue-tracking tools to drive engineering workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional program leadership with stakeholders to scope initiatives and author PRDs and user stories.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of technical projects with milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation and blockers removal.
• Facilitate regular updates across technical and non‑technical teams to align on system improvements and the operational roadmap.
• Continuously evaluate core systems to maximize capabilities, scale workflows, and boost productivity.
