Job summary

FAM Brands is seeking an Associate Technical Designer for our Club Division in Beverly Hills. You will assist in technical design, creating specs and fit documentation for men’s and women’s bottoms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.

The role requires 1–2 years in technical design, a fashion degree, and PLM experience (Centric PLM a plus). Proficiency in Illustrator and CAD is preferred. Located in Beverly Hills, CA, on-site position.

Qualifications

Education in fashion design or apparel technical design.
1–2 years of technical design experience in bottoms.
Experience with retail/wholesale brands is a plus.
Proficiency with PLM systems (Centric PLM preferred).
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating technical packages: specs, construction details, measurement charts.
Participate in fit sessions and document fit comments and pattern corrections.
Review development samples for fit and quality; note changes.
Collaborate with designers, product developers, and factories.
Maintain accurate records of technical specs and sample evaluations.
